Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and the weight of your order. You'll always see the exact amount before you pay.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are estimated to ship in March 2027. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way. See our Pre-order terms.

In-stock orders

Orders ship from our Vancouver warehouse within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your province.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email.

Taxes and duties

All orders ship within Canada, so there are no import duties to pay at your door. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Address changes

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change them, email us as soon as possible; once an order has left the warehouse, we can't change it.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
