Materials & care

Wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then let it dry flat, away from direct sun. Avoid oils, lotions and essential-oil cleaners. Like most PU mats, the surface can look darker where it absorbs sweat; this fades as it dries.

The natural rubber base contains latex, so this mat isn't suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.

Mat and weights are lab-tested by SGS against EU REACH chemical-safety standards.

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your card is charged. If production doesn’t go ahead, you’re never charged.

Shipping & returns

Shipping. We ship within Canada only. Pre-orders ship on or before March 15, 2027. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province and the weight of your order.

Returns. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and anything that arrives damaged is replaced. To start a return, email hello@pilatesnovy.com.
