About these terms

This website is operated by Novy Pilates Inc., operating as Pilates Novy ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy policy, Shipping, Returns & refunds and Pre-order terms, which form part of these terms.

Orders and prices

We currently sell and ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We try to keep every price and description accurate; if we find an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before it ships and you can cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment can't be verified, and we'll refund anything already paid.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are covered by our Pre-order terms, including when your card is charged, estimated delivery and how to cancel.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Using our products

Our equipment is designed for pilates and home exercise. Please check with a health professional before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if you feel pain. Use the products as described on their product pages. Our mat contains natural rubber latex and isn't suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.

All photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Pilates Novy and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
